A shimmery and ephermeral skin of slender brick and metal encompass this three storey mixed-use unit.

Sitting behind a row of historically classified shopfronts, the building imbues a touch of the industrial, reminescent of the brick back alleys and service courts characteristic to the area. It does this with intellegence and savvy. Perforated brick and opaque glass offer an opulence of changing light.

Playful volumes over multiple levels provide a variety of spatial experiences, while strategically placed decks take in the wider auckland context. You could say it gets the best of both worlds. The skyscrapers of central metropolitan Auckland to the east, and contrastingly; the sun setting over the Waitakere Ranges to the west.
